Elsense have created an Automotive specification controller designed to support 12V applications. Powered by a choice of MCU boards - we support the NXP S32K322 and ultra-high performance S32K396 (shown above), this unit offers a wide combination of analogue and digital I/O, 4 CAN ports, a Field-Orientated Controlled Brushless motor drive and up to 8 controlled-current solenoid valve drives.
Using a standard Amphenol enclosure, the board is protected to IP6K9K and is suitable for under-bonnet use in operating temperatures between -40C to 110C.

Designed for 12V automotive applications, we've designed the hardware to support a wide battery input voltage range.
The unit is equipped with surge-stopping circuitry which is designed to be hard to ISO7637 transients.
The controller supports 4 CAN ports, one of which can support wake-up on CAN.
We've selected proven devices from the world's leading semiconductor vendors for use in this device. All components used have appropriate AEC qualifications.
We use a standard Amphenol enclosure equipped with an internal sealed breathable vent.
We support NXP S32K3 family processors using custom-made plug in boards. We have two MCU variants - the S32K322 and S32K396 available.
